How to obtain Ascendant Alloys for Reshaping the Enigma

You can purchase Dominant Alloys in limited quantities from Banshee-44 and Master Rahool in the Tower.
You can obtain Ascendant Alloys in weekly entrada missions in the Throne Globe, and from Wellspring activity in the Throne Earth.

Once you have the Dominant Alloys, render to Mars to the Relic in the Enclave. Open the map to teleport there straight, and then interact with the Relic Conduit, and then the Resonance Engine.
